The location is quiet and rural but a large town is within driving distance, offering large supermarkets and restaurants.
Lise and her father were friendly and helpful with an interesting apple business (they left some yummy samples of their produce!).
I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday cottage

Explore country lane Who leaves from the chapel of Mothois, a stone's throw from the Gîte and discovers other paths listed on visoring
To obtain and/or get started in local crafts Pottery in the village of Gerberoy.
To go for a wander in Saint-Germer-de-Fly and discover its Abbey 10 minutes by car
Walk in the Bois de Caumont, or along the river Thérain between Songeons and Hémécourt, a 10-minute drive away.
Rent our 4 electric bikes to explore the Pays de Bray and discover its small heritage.
To go away on excursion in Paris, in Rouen, and by the seaside during the longest stays, as well as at the nautical leisure bases of Léry Poses and the Canada lake area in Beauvais during the summer.
